Independent editors, called clippers, cut your songs, streams and shows into short videos and post them on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You set the rate per 1,000 views. You pay your budget up front, and it's only spent on views we verify.
Add the sound clippers must use and link the song, podcast, stream, trailer or footage to clip. Tell clippers what to make, and what to avoid.
Choose what you pay per 1,000 views, your total budget and where clips run: TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
Clippers cut your content and post it on their own accounts. Our QC team checks every clip against your brief before it can earn.
Your budget is only spent on verified views. Whatever isn't spent comes back as credit, or to your card if you ask within 90 days.
Continue with TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, then pick a campaign.
Make a new clip from the campaign's content, using the campaign's sound. Post it on your own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. No follower minimum.
Paste your post link. We check that it's a new video that uses the campaign's sound and follows the brief. Once our QC team approves it, we count its views. Keep the clip up for 60 days.
You earn for every 1,000 verified views. Cash out to PayPal once your balance reaches $5.
No followers needed. Pick a campaign, post, earn per 1,000 views. When a campaign's budget runs out, it stops paying. (Sample campaigns shown.)
No followers, no pitch, no waiting to be picked. The best cuts get the most views, and views are what pay. (Sample leaderboard.)
No retainers. No paying per post. Your budget divided by your rate is the most verified views you can get. If the campaign gets fewer, the rest comes back as credit, or to your card if you ask within 90 days.
Hooks, drops and lyric moments are clipped across every feed during release week. Pair your release with a sound.me creator campaign so the song is everywhere at once.
Turn the best moments from every episode into dozens of short-form videos.
Scene-level clips that keep a premiere in the feed for weeks.
Fan-page-style distribution for creators who post long-form content.
Product moments and UGC-style cuts are paid on views, not deliverables.
Every clip is checked and every view is tracked. Fake views, or a second account on the same platform, mean a permanent ban from clip.inc and sound.me.
sound.me already pays creators to use songs in short-form videos. clip.inc brings the same payments, fraud checks and tracking to clipping.
You add your sound, the content to clip and a budget. Clippers use them to make short videos and post them on their own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts. You set the rate for every 1,000 verified views, and clips are paid from your budget until it runs out.
Our QC team checks every clip before it can earn: it must be a new video that uses your sound and follows your brief. We then count its views on the platform for the first 5 days after it's posted, while the campaign has budget, and remove fake views. Fake views are never paid, and every account behind them is permanently banned from clip.inc and sound.me.
At checkout. You pay your full budget up front by card (our payment provider is Stripe); any balance or credit on your account is used first. The budget is only spent on verified views at your rate. Anything left when the campaign ends comes back as credit on your account, or as a refund to your card if you ask within 90 days. If we don't approve your campaign, you get a full refund. (Clippers are paid out to PayPal. Brands always pay by card.)
In your campaign dashboard. It shows every clip, its views and how much of your budget has been spent, and you can download everything as a spreadsheet. To report a clip or end a campaign early, email hello@sound.me. Unspent budget comes back to you.
Not one by one. Any clipper can join, which is how campaigns grow fast. Your brief controls what they make, and our QC team checks every clip against it. If a clip gets through that shouldn't have, tell us within 30 days and that amount comes back to you as credit.
Rates run from $1 to $6 per 1,000 views. We recommend $1.50 to $3 to start. A higher rate brings in more clippers, faster. The launch form shows where your rate sits.
If a campaign ends before the budget is used, the rest comes back to you as credit on your account. Prefer a refund to your card? Email us within 90 days. If no clips are delivered at all, you get a full refund.
No. Anyone 18 or older can join a campaign, post and earn. Your pay depends on your clip's verified views.
No. Clip with a different TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account from the one you use on sound.me. You can connect one account on each platform and clip on all of them.
When your views are verified, the money goes to your balance. Once it reaches $5, you can cash out to PayPal. Payouts run on the same system sound.me uses for its creators.
Set a rate and a budget, and let clippers carry it across every feed. Your budget is only spent on real views.
